Up and Coming

In the next couple weeks I will be talking about sourdough starters. I have learned a lot about this and am in the middle of several experiments I can't wait to share.

Also, I will be hosting a wheat class next Tuesday and hope to have lots to share on cooking with our wheat.

For Kentucky folks, I hope you will come out to the Louisville preparedness fair at Male High Saturday the 25th. I will be there at the 3-month food storage booth. I would love to see friends :)
