Does Wheat REALLY last 30 years?

While I was at the Louisville preparedness fair I met a woman who told me that she had stored wheat in her basement, inside barrels. She had some water damage in her basement and so is in the process of replacing her wheat storage. She had first called the manufacturer where her wheat was purchased and they asked her to send in a sample of that wheat. The report came back that her 30+ year old wheat was perfect! YEAH
